Many years ago I was inspired to write a piece of prose which was called Exhortations of the Master (found in the section Spiritual Prose and Poetry), the Master being the God presence within me. Immediately thereafter a flow of divine energy influenced my writings and I realised that the pieces I composed fit squarely into the title Exhortations of the Master. Little did I know that many years later I would be communing with Ascended Masters and receiving teaching messages from them for the benefit of my spiritual growth and of others, actively seeking to invest in the education and evolution of their souls.
Exhortations of the Masters are a continuing compilation of channelled messages received from the Creator Son and Ascended Masters. The Masters who have brought through these messages are part of the Cohans (Teachers) of The Seven Rays of Life. Each of us is guided by the powerful forces at work within these Rays and as such these Cohans can be looked upon as our spiritual mentors. Each of us through our life’s experience is influenced by the Ray through which we descended. The Cohans of the Seven Rays of Life are of the stature of Arch Angels.

Below you will find a brief description of those Masters who have contributed to the compilation.
Master St Germain
Master St. Germain is the Cohan of the Seventh Ray, which is the transmuting ray, used for Purity, Truth, and Freedom- Freedom of one’s God self. He teaches man to espouse his inalienable divine right to live in accordance with his highest conception of God. The Ray known for what is called Ceremony means commemoration and adherence unto the law of truth, a celebration of new beginnings. He bequeathed the Violet Ray to be used to transmute all that is negative that we may embody the ascended Christ beings that we are. Lady Master Nada
Lady Master Nada, the Cohan of the Sixth Ray is the bringer of truth of communications on soul levels. The Sixth Ray also represents Ministration and Service. She tutors souls in mastering qualities of peace, service and brotherhood. She assists with the mastery of speech, interpretation communication and delivery of the WORD. She helps all who are devoted to serving the needs of God’s children in every branch of human services.
She has taught that the natural course of one’s life is always the preferring of the love of God and the service of that God incarnate.
Master Paul the Venetian
Master Paul, the Cohan of the Third Ray focuses on the element of Love and spirit discernment. “It is through the beauty and purity of the third ray through which the wondrous qualities of diplomacy, patience, tact, arbitration, unity, brotherhood, culture, beauty and the perfecting of the heart are made manifest” Master Paul is devoted to the perfecting of souls and the development of the intuitive and creative faculties of the heart. His service is to show the way of love and to coalesce the teachings of the Masters of the First and Second Rays. He teaches that love is a flowing essence, the ephemeral quality of God and that it requires the greatest of discipline to be able to have hold and retain that love.
Connecting with the Masters
The question is how do you connect with the Masters? When you can respond to the inner call of the presence of God within, you will start to resonate with your cosmic identity. Your desire to know more and to be more will grow and you will resound a tone that will, in fact, resonate with the Cosmic Tone and all those Ascended Masters and Cosmic Beings will hear that Tone and respond. It is your desire and intent which will draw them closer to you and through meditation you can bridge the communication gap as you shall receive guidance telepathically from them.
You will come to understand that your physical experience on earth is a facilitator of soul growth. The aim is for the soul to evolve and ascend through projected manifestation of physical experience into higher levels of consciousness and vibration, that man may one day achieve mastery of his God self, and himself, be propelled to the status of Ascended Master and one day resume his rightful place in oneness with God.
Each of us has the power through the pure intent of our hearts, the resoluteness of our will and acute visualisations to send forth the Ascended Master vibration. I must emphasise however the need for the “purest” intent, for it is only through the purity of intention that you will be able to go beyond the octave of human consciousness and in so doing release the fires of the heart which if maintained with consistency will contribute to raising the mass consciousness.
